COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

Open

I’m sure you are all concerned about the health and wellbeing of your loved ones during this current COVID-19 crisis. We as Australians need to all work together to get through this difficult period.

At Westwoods BGA we have been working night and day, to keep all our business clients as up to date and informed as possible about all the Government stimulus packages available to support Australian Business owners.

We have been inundated with phone calls and emails, and whilst we don’t yet have all the answers please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to support and guide you and your business through the weeks and months ahead.

With that in mind we have enacted our own business continuity plan so that Westwoods BGA is now ready and able to continue to operate from any location should the need arise. What this means for you our valued client is that we can continue to operate and support you and your business.

In last few days our team has been putting together a Business Continuity plan that you can use for your own business. It contains 4 parts;

  1. Business Owner Decisions – Meeting with Accountant
  2. COVID-19 Continuity Plan
  3. E-mail to Employees
  4. Agenda for Team Meeting with all Employees

Please use this plan and feel free to share with any of your Business colleagues who are not clients of Westwoods BGA. Our wish is to simply help all businesses to survive this difficult time.
